IT department is not as good as before, these CAM managers/leads have no idea what to do. they promote whoever they want mainly cause they are friends and white. one is always drunk and cam HR wont do anything. lots of back stabbing!

Oh look, another self-entitled, millennial IT nerd.
When you call IT, they admit they cant do anything and you have to go to your local IT support.
But....you dont have local IT support. This is how it is now.
I haven't seen a more incompetent org that global IT. Good riddance.
Ethics line would be one option.
But this is corporate life and politics and this is why this company s---s. My manager hardly showing up in office and he gets promoted. start looking for better job outside and get out of this cesspool.
I would leave if I can work anywhere else.
Then handle it your own way without HR or your manager. Think outside the box.
