May be with the salaries of MF and other people that has already been affected, the company can save some money to pay for a better syestem, one with less glitches and more efficient, rather than using several systems and making people work harder because of it. It Is a fact that will be a great reduction, force, the people that really help members are the ones going. It is sad to see that all those promises to work to help mbrs achieve better health and close the gap by 2020 is just propaganda to pretend that the company really cares. I actually hope I can be in the next round, I would like to rethink working for this type of corporations that the only goal is to growth the packets of the stockholders and its executives. Let be done and announce layoffs ASAP.

Sadly, MF (don't spell out his name or the thread will be deleted) is now overseeing workforce management, so he will likely play a large role in determining future employment for all of us. Proof that Humana rewards lying scum bags. I, for one, am glad I won't have to see his smug face in future HAH town hall webcasts...if I'm still here, that is.
Saddens me that The Powers that Be think MF has been doing a good job. Associate morale has done nothing but sink since he came onboard three years ago.
According to the email sent this week looks like Mike Frank got a promotion. I'm sure his salary went up.
OP, you do know MF is still with HAH, therefore his salary has not been affected
I personally knew of one coach that got cut. Some time later, they brought her back as an HCM. I don't know how she is doing but thought that was a rather odd turnout. Its all about money. They get paid to have these people under a care manager. One flat fee. So now reduction in calls is in order so they can add more people to the roster, hence make more money. Heard they were unhappy about the amt of people who did not take the early retirement offer. So a lay off may be coming, heard earlier in here of Nov 1 via email. I think about the early days of being hired on in a mass hiring. It was absolutely shocking to me how disorganized it was, how it was "we love our older nurses with all their experience". "You deserve to be taken care of at this point in your life". years of service added to your age, if equaling 65 or more made you eligible. But the package was not all that attractive. Its a known fact as you get older, your health issues start to raise their ugly heads. So take an early retirement and then go where? Who wants a 63 year old nurse working on the medical floor at the hospital? Once you get to this magical age, society wants to push you out for a younger crowd which of course get paid less than the more experienced. I have seen it time and time again.
I have a pounding headache from trying to get some calls in, in between system errors today. If I have to hear about numbers after the next MPS comes out, I’m going to lose it.
