I was wondering since we are all Anonymous what is your Back-up Plan. I was thinking of going to LA Care are they hiring? Does anybody have any job leads? I was also thinking I may have to change my whole career path this is definitely depressing that I guess change is good sometimes

If you're young that's great but us old folks finding another job ain't so easy.
I agree I'm not going back into the medical field. Im going back to school, collect a little unemployment, revamp my resume and see whats out there.
Using your EAP benefits for mental support/guidance during this difficult time is an excellent idea. Thanks to the jerk making such bad a s suggestion.
I'm going to stay away from the medical field, and look in another field (this obviously depends on what you were doing) Take some time to get my home in order, revamp my resume, volunteer (this always makes you feel better) and do some soul searching. I'm looking but havent applied to anything yet.
EAP counseling benefits are actually very helpful, especially during a time like this. It does help to talk to someone who is a professional. There is no shame for seeking help, surprisingly seeing a counselor can help you uncover things you may be interested and quite possibly help you figure out a new career path or see the situation in a new light. Situational depression is a real thing, there is no doubt that the Molina environment is toxic, political, and unproductively contributing to all those knots in our stomachs. We might as well use our benefits while we have them. It's pretty easy to access the EAP benefits and see someone within the week. Best of luck to you all
Looks like OP was asking for job leads not counseling you jerk
Use your EAP benefits and get counseling.
