Ha, that is funny, but true. Chevron Another Way. How about just Chevron Get The Job Done.

No, not Mike W. Just like JW, he doesn't have what it takes to be a good CEO. Ok guy, but not the one for the job.

As much as many of the laid off people, and some still employed, want to see him gone, JW will stay until normal retirement occurs. This is still a few years from now. Nobody on this planet can possibly know what the oil industry will be like in the next 3-4 years.

Agree Z could be the dark horse contender. He cleaned up the Tenzer mess quickly and is now mowing to get rid of the longer-term reserve member who are long-in-the tooth and resitive to his changes. This hasn't gone unnoticed with joe, who will tap him to a higher role. Bill is heading for a C suite in Building A.

@1gut, Rex Tillerson will make a great CEO at any large corporation, no doubt. He left Exxon because he was nearing 65, the forced age for executives to retire at Exxon. Chevron's rules are the same, so Tillerson couldn't be our CEO either. Maybe just this once, we can bend the rules a bit?

I read that Tillerson is considering a Rexit from the Trump Asylum. He'd make a good CEO for Chevron if they can get him!

I was going to say Ronald McDonald, but @tmd was right on... someone who could fill the shoes of Mr. Keller or Mr. Derr. But, you really have to consider that filling Ronald McDonald's shoes is no easy task.

Hopefully someone with actual experience in the oilfield and not an accountant. Back to the good old days of Keller and Derr.
