What rock are you under? C-levels will stay, unless their school is eliminated. It is a fraternity. Pete doesn't have the audacity or courage to cut the real fat. Few companies in the same boat, intending to stop sinking, would keep those folks who made the holes. Companies cannot radically change from within current culture. Change of the magnitude needed at Phoenix requires a clean sweep of those folks who hold C-level positions. It needs clean sweeping on all sides. Academics, ops, and enrollment must be swept clean or the boat will continue to sink. No new committees or task forces formed by Pete with the same players will make a difference. Their first priority is keeping their jobs and dominion. The sinking will continue.
