I was curious so I kept checking total employees on teamworks - 1,000 layoffs since 8/4/2017.
If you lost your job, you're not alone!! Get support from friends and family and coworkers! Use Glassdoor to find a great new position! You can do it!!!

It is ridiculous that we all know the ax is going to fall somewhere but don't know where. They will act like nothing, hire new people and do everything like business as usual and then boom, out of nowhere the ball drops and pink slips are handed out. It isn't necessarily who you know or what you know anymore. With all the shuffling of senior management around, nobody is safe.
We keep hearing how transparent senior management is yet we have to hear about the layoffs on the internet. Wish they would get to it already and hand all the pink slips. They will let all of the employees who have outside banking experience and keep the longtime employees who will never change. Tired of hearing "it is not what you know but who you know" need to know the Wells Fargo Way.
i was commenting about outlook based on this post here:
"Also, you can tell by the names in outlook address book as employees who got canned have a zz.bob.smith in their names."
geez if you teammembers cant comprehend what your reading then maybe you should pray you dont get fired by wells fargo. other companies require better reading comprehension skills
You can see the total number of WF employees on teamworks. Look up Tim Sloan and look at his direct reports. The OP is correct.
Pretty sure you're a troll. Its not hard to find total employees. The comment said teamworks, not outlook. Figure it out.
thats BS. theyre names have been deleted from the outlook addressbook
Also, you can tell by the names in outlook address book as employees who got canned have a zz.bob.smith in their names.
