Folks, what is the average bonus for senior system engineer (phd grad) at QCT? Thanks!

$5k, tops. When you rate a 3.5, you will get a $5k cash bonus, and perhaps, 50 shares vesting over 5 years. I got 2x that as a senior staff engineer over a 10-year period. You have been warned.
