I'm surprised they don't cut the fat in all their budgets before cutting the people.
This company drops funds on the most useless things, money down the drain without a thought.
Yet thinks the only way to solve the issue is by cutting high performers.
If I were you I'd be running for the hills.
They did this to look good for share holders quickly with the quarter release, not because it was the only thing they could do.
The lay offs this past May in NM almost all were high performers. They gutted a whole department regardless of how good the employees were. I wondered why didnt they go through various departments and lay off the non performers and integrate the hard workers in those positions? Upper management is to blame for how this company runs.
I wouldn't call all the layoffs "high performers". I think some of the layoffs was some of the fat that needed trimmed for years!
