They even laid off a lot of older employees in the last 3-4 years right before they were supposed to get their Service Awards .
SLB is disgraceful especially toward US born citizens.
That's the reason they hire more foreigners than they hire citizens born & raised in US.
Foreigners wouldn't complain to our Leaders about SLB's unfair biased agenda.

Several people were hired by SLB in US from other countries . They kept foreigners & laid off the employees that had seniority.

The way they f---ed it up is so shamefull, first level of management change was absolutely horrible, they made some biased people in charge which made layoff decisions with no reason but personal preferences.
This company lost all good skilled PTE and all is left is pyramid of angry managers.
The brand name slb was building for several decades was just turned into a shameful industry indicator in 3 years.
SLB is famous for cutting people to save the bottom line but this time they have lost the plot, they were suppose to re-org the company to get rid of what they admitted was one of their problems being to top heavy but all they did was move them around into new job titles and the blood bath of the middle level workers especially if over 50 is about to beginning again so they can protect that bottom line and bonus.
SLB is an equal opportunity employer: they treat everybody like sh1t, except of course for PK inner circle and other borwn nosers.

Its easier to kick out foreigners,they wont be heard out if they go to law.
Slb is biased toward some races and nationalities. Exit session is totally based on that.
It happened to many foreigners too, so calm down. Your victim mentality won't help you for anything.
They don't hire them. They get them as contractors through the big suppliers of indented servants.
