I am having 12+ years of experience in USA and i had very good name with companies where i used to work. I got trained from company did certifications and work experience too.
First time I got lowest rating. My husband had surgery and cont go to work for couple of months I din't expected this from Cognizant.

Same here, after getting a 2nd bucket last year, now they give me 4th bucket.
I haven't been expecting this, I was getting an outstanding feedback all the time.
They want me to leave, my work was outstanding but they using 4th bucket to get rid of people they do not want, they want me to quit on my own. I will not fall for this trick.
Its all scary. very sorry to hear ultimately we are the sufferers.
@1vjm I know it's bad, but rest assured, the market is good and if you have good technical skills you will find a solid job very quickly.
I am sorry you have to go through this but it seems to be something that the industry is going through right now with many companies behaving this way, which is not fair. I have a good friend who had good ratings for 4 years, but now they gave her a 4 rating, she was very surprised and was not expecting it.
Same here 11 years first time low rating.demotivated scared ..only breadwinner old parents
