The culture of Qshit is sick to hell. The politics is full of every building. Many useless hierarchies are created to just satisfy their ego. To climb the ladder, many unethical things are encouraged as a culture. The mgmt has the full responsibility for this sick culture.

Please explain what you personally contribute to QCOM's bottom line? lots of posing, b--ching, but many of us have been here for years building the company, not too happy with the present management, but we are invested in QC. So recent gratuates seem to think they can re-invent the company for some reason? Please explain what the oldsters have been doing wrong for 35+ years while you were in diapers...
You just proved the validity of -2axq's comment. Not being in SD, I never see my VP. Maybe us old timers will just have to be satisfied with knowing that we cashed in from our contributions at Q, can still spell and even put together an intelligent sentence. Good facing luck trying to change the direction of upper management, I am afraid that rudder is broken...

Well, some hard working people and thsose invested in Qualcomm stock would like to see the company prosper. Lots of "New Comers" think that they have better ideas and can move back those who have built the company owner decades. I am seing a decline in the company with the influx of second world employees, and am trying my best to divest of my QCOM stock...
