This post are so funny!! is not a brainer to know anyone working in this "organization" can had a title of "Director" without any previous experience.. Thats why many EDMC employees are holding so tight to keep their job, because they feel important , everything is LIE with this companies, inside and out.. I just found out any poor soul willing to work with this devils can feel professional and like they matter to them , you can be working as a "server in a bar" and 2 years later being a Director of Admissions, (this is just an example) so I can imagine how EDMC employers will have such a hard time out there in the real world when the "titanic/edmc" is sinked completely.
2xny is a paid troll. As we all know, the happy talk doesn't match the sad reality on the ground. Our school is a ghost campus. Our chair openly admits he "doesn't give a sh--. " He's not alone.
However, be charitable toward 2xny. He or she follows a long tradition. Even the Titanic had the band strike up happy music to the end.

Don't listen to these guys. So many butthurt people. There are plenty of other jobs out there if they're that unhappy, and probably the reason they're in "hell" is because THEY make it that way.
I've been with Ai for almost 4 years and I've NEVER had a bad day. Everyday is great and I love my job. Faculty are great, and staff (not always - afterall, there are different types of people - like the ones posting so much negativity here all the time) are awesome. If you're competent in your job, and keep the students first, you'll do great at an EDMC campus, no matter WHAT your position is. Sure, it's a business, and sometimes undesired things happen, but show me a company where that DOESN'T happen. Welcome aboard and have fun. We're not all lonely losers striving to bring the world down with us. 8c)
