That is very strange to have sr director 2s with no teams. Either they're going to replace current people/teams or they got hired just in time to be fired.
Either way, I've seen more coordination at a poo fight at a monkey house than I have in these layoffs. It's becoming clear these consultants didn't know what people did and neither did leadership. How can they be so disconnected to what needs to be done to run a business and who executes these functions? Bizarre.
