This site already had job cuts last year. Now here we are again. More cuts coming this way it seems by the end of Jan 2017. The site has become an absolute joke. Wish the top management would have worked harder and obtained a solid long term project from the mothership in San Diego. Should have diversified themselves into various areas.
Post job cuts there would be attrition where good folks also leave. Now that's where things really hurt. Hoping the management is working aggressively enough to get a long term project.
Even the way layoffs are handled at this site are very interesting. It's all about who you know. Certain managers would do their best to keep their own people. All political
