Lump Sum Payout.

I requested a lump sum payout rollover for January 1st? When can I expect to see it hit my account?

I sent "mines" and I'm still waiting for "mines". What kind of language is that, 5aaq? You left Chevron or Chevron left you. Either way, good riddance.

5 unh you won't see it until almost the last day of January... I send mines November 18, was rolled over on Dec 30, last working day of the month. Since January 31 is a Tuesday expect it then... If you read your packet that is exactly what it tells you.

I'm still waiting for mines and I sent mines in mid December. I still don't know what is taking them so long to get mines in the mail.

@4dir, Are you sure your Financial Advisor FedEx'ed anything? Your pension paperwork has a P.O. Box return address and FedEx does not deliver to Post Office Boxes - only to physical street addresses. Maybe instead, your FA sent your paperwork by US Priority Mail which has a tracking number?

OP for a January 1 payout you will receive the payment the last business day of January - January 31. For me I requested a December 1 payout and received my payout December 30 even though I received the lump sum payout notice before that.

-3mgr you will need to call the HRSC 1-888-825-5247 Option 2 Option 2 and ask for confirmation that your request has been received. That is what I had to do after my financial advisor Fed-Ex'd it to them and they received it. No problems but you just have to ask the old fashioned way by calling.

I also sent mines in in mid December requesting a January 1 transfer. I have heard nothing back from Chevron, do they send and acknowledgement email?

I think you are correct,1qqn. I know it works that way for the annuity (last business day of the month). In any case, if there is a delay in getting your money, Chevron will pay you interest at a 5% rate for the days missed.

It does not come before the end of the month I got mines on Dec 27 for a Dec 1 payout. I think December was earlier because of the holiday schedule. Don't look for it until the end of the month.

I sent my paperwork in early / mid November and got my lump sum on Dec 30. If it was RECEIVED before the end of November you should get an effective Jan 1 payment date, but it may take until late Jan if you submitted the paperwork in late Nov.

If you requested your pension for January 1, you will get it in January. More than likely near the end of the month but could be sooner. Hold on, it's coming.
