This post is obviously authored by one of the Bartlesville inbreds. It is difficult to assertain the events and intent of which they are referring due to the grammar and nebulous nature of their message. They were most likely referring to the closing of Bartlesville and lack of discussion of what happens after that such as transfers or layoffs.
