They removed whole thread on Thailand, most posts on spinners, and now the whole thread on Trump. The long arm of layoff board censors is puritanic, unpredictable and arbitrary!

I'm fairly certain that the poster below indicated quite clearly that you are in no position to judge someone else's education when you don't even know basic college or even high school level English. I understand it perfectly. Nice post!
@4ofw, I'm sure you understand what you wrote, but as much as I try to I'm not understanding you a bit, and I'm sure everyone else reading it.
An obvious liberal poster below posted: "if your extreme right everyone is...." And yet on another CVX thread an uneducated liberal claimed that most liberals are more educated than others. This and many similar posts answers that question, if there ever was one.
As for me, I'm not right or left. I'm rather "centrist" in my belief system and my aspirations. Politics is inevitable in life, but I chose to not get too involved or let it bother me.
"The moderators who delete posts and block IP's are indeed liberal leaning". Everyone on the nut wing right thinks that everyone is a liberal, which, I guess, is true from their prespective. If your extreme right everyone is at least a wee bit to the left of that. To them, however, all but those on the "true" path are evil...and there I leave them.
Trump has nothing to do with it, but spinners have everything to do with getting "laid" and getting "off".
What do spinners or Trump have to do with layoffs?

Good case in point below! Expect this thread to be gone in short order. Me, I think the moderators are doing a reasonable job considering all the moronic off topic posts on this site interfering with short bits of in lightened adult conversation about Chevron and layoffs.

@mbc, most of what you point out makes sense, although most deletions are really "chicken sh!t" on the part of the lowdown moderator(s). I posted a number of strong critiques about Chevron and management, all based on personal experience and knowledge. It seems I got under someone's skin and that resulted in my IP address being blocked from posting. But, I noticed all my previous posts (the ones I actually cared to look for) are still there. I continue to post in the Layoff forum, as I am doing here, but from a proxy server that changes each time I access this webpage. So much for those imbecile moderators blocking me.

typically any names, they are fine with c-level folks

foul language, they get sensitive about even small stuff. foul lang in the title - you are nuked 100%, ip banned, all prior posts deleted

politics only threads (layoff threads with slight political points are fine, but posts like 'hillary rocks' and 'obama xyz' will get axed - u saw what happened to the trump post)

bullying of any kind, if explicit, will get you banned - passive aggressive nonsense is just fine, they do not go through posts with a fine comb

non relevant links - the post is gone, same goes to songs/lyrics, etc. they dont like that...

Yep. The Trump thread reaceived an enthusiastic response overnight, like 15 replies, but it disappeared sometime this morning.
What was the Trump Thread? I missed it. Shall we Start a Crooked Hillary Thread? That would be a good topic to discuss. Very prevalent to layoffs and our economy.
