A good leader admits failure and moves on to fix - that is why Bill is ok in my book. M&A was bad move for Citrix and now all those are cut. What is worse are people that won't admit they are wrong and hang on to failing ways like Gagan & Ali
Juan is a great engineering leader , no politics, only someone who hasn't talked to him will ever say he's not good. Juan is very honest, wants Citrix to succeed and capable of delivering.

Also amazing to have Juan get more area of responsibility and aggressive in cutting useless products, teams, and waste - I think his eyes are now on XenMobile so expect some fat trimmings there.
