Rizwan is now calling all employees back to work no exceptions those who have not complied or told him they aren't complying will be fired in June. While other companies transition to Remote work Datacore will now be working all in person....

Rizwan and his Datacore pals have now used this pandemic as a reason for doing what he knows best #layoffs

He's been running DataCore to the ground now. Had to get out of there and didn't look back. Absolutely no merits or ethical values.

It is July already. This year has moved so fast. The Rizwan empire is almost decimated. ME is the last man standing. His boss loves him for sure. I want a boss like that.

"You mean like the ones I heard from an Indian #H1B member of the Religion of Peace"

If you are not spilling the beans, you are just stirring bs. You might very well have heard something awful, and rather than hinting at, you should just man the f* up and say it.

And in the case that it is true, what did you gain by making references to H1B and "Religion of Peace".

You can report bigoted remarks without falling into generalizations and bigotry. Just so you know.

The mafia comments below are true. I have personally witnessed it. A lot of favoritism and nepotism goes on here. There's no respect for talent anymore. Someone mentioned Jimmy. Everyone knows he is a f***ing used car salesman. But he is not the only one. There's so much politics going on here. No wonder Donald Trump is winning.

Next, let's drop not-so-veiled hints about the Jews or the Illuminati.

Who said Juan is a good leader? Just go and see how many useless buddies of his he has promoted to directors and senior directors, who are running the show. Useless fu*ks and lowlifes like Jimmy Acosta are still employed and thriving. Its nothing but a cesspool bro.

Talking about washed up leaders, let's start with BillB and his directs. PeterM and his managers running HDX and Windows Receiver to the ground. YiY and RickB, enough said about these two guys!!!! And Juan, what a waist of a leader, only patting himself on the back and zero ability to work as a team. Also, not sure what SteveW does in SC! What a waist of a team.

Cheers to Juan. Steps in right direction. Next, need to focus on washed up "leaders" like Ali, Mike - last of the Rizwan bandwagon.

finally.. no more gayagain. question is will Juan have the testosterone to get rid of his old buddies who turned into useless managers/directors more concerned with their looks than our products?

Is MikeE still about? Thought he would go packing with Rizwan..too much unneeded managers in FTL to manage teams in China. Talk about waste city - wake up new Ceo.

He was at the Citrix annual event called synergy in Vegas. His boss loves him. Why else send a lazy guy like that to a industry event. He must have worked very hard.

I was in Fort Lauderdale recently and shocked to see Mike occupying Riz's old office. Worthy successor indeed. He just did not wait to fill the void I guess. Funny and pathetic.

You think it was Bill's idea to cut all these M&As? Wow, I'm not sure if I should call you naive, dumb or kiss a$$, @GzD43OF-xnok

Also, hablas espanol? @GzD43OF-xlnm

A good leader admits failure and moves on to fix - that is why Bill is ok in my book. M&A was bad move for Citrix and now all those are cut. What is worse are people that won't admit they are wrong and hang on to failing ways like Gagan & Ali

Juan is a great engineering leader , no politics, only someone who hasn't talked to him will ever say he's not good. Juan is very honest, wants Citrix to succeed and capable of delivering.

Indeed, a bunch of clowns, even though since I am still employed in this wreck I am longing they are making the best decision they possibly could.

Speaking more seriously Juan barely speaks English.

Ha, yes it is great to bring back BillB to engineering, "the failed M&A guy"! With that kind of logic they should get rid of you @GzD43OF-vadu. And don't get my started on Juan's leadership style...what a circus you guys have over there...

Post ID: @wdgh+GzD43OF

What nonsense...finally good to get Bill back in Eng and away from M&A which was a failure. Also amazing to have Juan get more area of responsibility and aggressive in cutting useless products, teams, and waste - I think his eyes are now on XenMobile so expect some fat trimmings there. Give some time, all these corrupt and lazy "leaders" like Mike and Ali will be exposed and sent packing.

Yah, get rid of all of them corrupt from BillB down to mid management, also get rid of Juan the new head of engineering.

by

Post ID: @ilmb+GzD43OF

getting rid of all these corrupt VPs and directors will only help if they also get rid of their remoras all the way down to the senior manager level. otherwise their corruption will just be resurrected in the form of their long-time proteges.
