What directors do work? Sandman and his crew of crony misfits don't do anything all day. Wonder if Sandman's wife knows about his cheating a$$ and drug problem. Hopefully these people are all fired soon.

"Dipshit VP's (who are still around) support this", they didn't come up with it. This change was a direct call made by Jerrad Tausz, Tim Cholleran and the once was Brent Fitch. Tim Chollerans team of dikes and misfit wanna be's created the entire thing and think that the call center mentality will increase productivity. They've been crying like babies for a while because enrollment (as far as they were concerned) weren't working hard. They got the right people to listen and this is what you have today. They got rid of all the VP's who adamantly opposed the move to call center management and kept all the kiss asss and brown dicks. Mainly Brett, Chris, Kris, Maria etc. pay attention people. It's a matter of time before leadership is leveled in a big way. Directors aren't needed, very few managers are needed and to be honest, I'm not needed at the ER level. I know that, I'm just buying time until the next package comes and hoping that there is money left for a decent one at that...in the meantime I keep my head down because these enrollment VP's are never around anyway. They say they're so busy, but Chris has time to hit the gym for 2 hours a day and play basketball with other directors and managers like it's still 10 years ago?

Has anybody heard any rumors...I am in Enrollment and my mgr is giving me a hard time for just about anything pointless and perhaps trying to find reasons to fire an Enrollment Advisor such as myself. Are they trying to do this...it seems so obvious to me? I would like your opinions? Are they doing it to you too?

The beta team calls the new pos Sega Genesis. Why you may ask, well it is like playing a game of NBA Jam with some of the buttons not working on your controller. Go figure that the management team and all their brilliance would roll something out that does not work. Don't worry lads, you will be held accountable regardless of the systems shortcomings. They don't care if it works or not, they need to have a reason to fire 50% of the staff by the end of August. The remining will slowly be moved to Ragland India.

I don't support this at all, but there is a reason for it.

Lazy asspeople dodge calls and the answer rate suffers.

So rather than address these people, they are just turning us into a call center.

Morale is already in the tank, this will not help.

Call center format estimated to roll out in June.

What you all don't know is that the VP's that are no longer with UOP are the ones that help the idiots in TIm Choleras world at bay. They got rid of the only ones that would stand up to the bullshit. Chris Gloor and Brett Romney will execute whatever they are told. They're puppets and don't care about the people. They only care about their jobs...

True. What is funny is that managers think they can stop this.... They are dead wrong. 6-8 hours of talk time a day.... 100 dials a day..... These are the call center requirements coming to your college and team very soon. Miss a call and you will be terminated....
