Liquid armors out of control..The pressure to sell this is enormous, I get it's a profit driver but come on lets focus on more important things.

Not to mention liquid armor advertises its good for a year on the package and not even 3 months go by and people are already starting to march over to my tech counter demanding a refund because their screen is starting to scratch.

I think I'll start giving out Otis's office number to pissed off customers and him them explain the benefits himself.

"I am terribly sorry that happened to your phone, sir. Here, let me get you the direct line Lord Otis, Master of Bidness and Bidness accessories. I'm sure he'll love to hear your input."

I gave results for 10+ years. They kept setting the goals higher and reducing resources. So F... yourself Vinnie.

The problem is , Staples does not pay for results. They pay Ron bonuses for failing though.

You are right....

WB Mason doesn't push all the attachments and harass the customers.

WB Mason is also a privately held company and does not have to cater to Wall Street.

W.B. Mason does not have a corporate office full of overpaid, redundant executives.

90% of what we push is snake oil, are you serous? The customers are getting their fill of being sold programs, merchandise, and anything else an associate offers them. Had one walk out the other day left a $500 order because when the cashier asked for a digital receipt he said he had been asked to buy Square Trade, Liquid armor and enroll for rewards before his words and I quote " I do not want to haggled when I go shopping by sales people pushing things on me, screw this I will order from WB Mason and have no hassle!" his words not mine, so not only can Otis and Ron not run a company they have no clue how the customer truly feels about getting smothered in our stores. 3 years or less and counting and we will be down to 700 stores nationally, then 2 years after that just online, I am serious that is where we are headed.
