Don't know why IT Project Managers getting such a hard time. Unless ... classic CVX failure to execute - even execute a personnel downsizing process. Last week at the ESP "Training Session" it was announced all the open jobs that we could filter and apply for would be rolled out in a new app call CTO at 6 AM today. It's now 3 hours, 20 minutes later and the application only gives error messages and the IT Help Desk has a pre-recorded message that CTO is broken and we know it so get off the line! Classic Dilbert at Chevron. :-)
