With great wisdom the leadership team of GOM has killed GATOR. Those insulated in the golden towers so easily forget the blood and lives that caused the need for this. Blood will flow in GOM, lives will be lost, and somehow Chevron will explain away how it killed this program and that the associated human collateral damage. So much for BAST, so much for contractor safety, so much for world class.

Some departments in the GOMBU will be losing up to 46% of the current staff. The ESP will let more than 400 employees go. I think people will be surprised at how many people will be laid off. To answer the question asked by @GfZlGuh-onl , GOM will be closing all but one of the satellite offices by the end of the year 2016. The main building, COV100, will be restacked and the blood on the floors will be washed clean after the decimation is completed. April 7th and April 11th will be very sad days in the GOMBU!
What is Gator? bAST?
Funny part is most of Lafayette people are retiring as millionaires or have jobs lined up elsewhere. It is the Covingtonites who thought they were safe that are now freaking out as they lose over 300 positions. And you thought you were special.
How many employees does GOM have now. I am in Houston the last time I was there was over a year ago and there were freakin 6 extra office buildings we were renting because the main office was full up
That's because Chevron is a joke. Right along with most of the people they employ on the shelf.
Blood is already flowing and more will flow the first week in April when nearly 400 will be left standing in the ESP.
