HR is NOT primarily all KM. There's maybe 3 or 4 in Houston out of over 100 folks. With your math skills I hope you're on the list.

HR was just a incompetent when they hired you.
HR is always the last one standing unless you have too many in that Dept.
I'm pretty sure management is making all the decisions...I bet they are taking care of their own best interests.
Incompetence runs deep in management at anadarko, the biggest problem with anadarko is the top heavy structure with poor skills to manage their employees. Hope they start at the top
