I use the term deadwood all the time. It's a common expression during layoffs. That's what they do they "clean out the deadwood" . They've been using that expression for years. Never found it offensive myself. And I've been though my share of companies & layoffs. I guess I'm just old-school. How about "Radical Islam"? Are you the PC group that thinks you can't say that either?
I use the terms "Butthurt" and "Deadwood" occasionally. On this site. Only. And I had never heard of these terms before in my life until I read posts on this site. That's a fact. And I don't let spineless cowards hiding behind a computer screen calling OTHER people cowards who would never tell you what they post to your face dictate what I post.
Yes I truly enjoy working with someone who's entire vocabulary consists of butt hurt and deadwood. You must be in management and consider this part of your leadership engagement. They've cut loose the poor performers already and now it's just outsourcing and trimming actual talent. All while keeping buffoons such as yourself.

@GNuCqZZ-phd Why don't you post something that you came up with yourself? Can you not think for yourself? You know what I mean. It's big girl time. If you are EOI then you may want to start standing on your own two feet. Get some practice.
@ruw - Schoolyard bullies react the way you do. I'm so sorry that your personal situation has caused you to lash out on an anonymous board towards people you do not know. These are or were your co-workers. Does your family know you are in so much pain?

get, got or goot? Spit it out! They only hit hard the deadwood that hasn't been carrying their weight. So if you are among them, you had it coming. Go off and cry with the rest of the butthurt losers. Next time you get a job, think about working harder and doing a better job then maybe you won't be crushed with the parasite mooch sponges.
