They both make too much money. If it was salary only, that would be "fair". But they also receive stock options, expense accounts, travel allowances and other perks/benefits that exceed their salary. That's not fair.
Read Equal is Unfair... So what? Who cares what they make? Do what they've done and you can make that money too.
