It looks as if all the actual corporate sites are being laid off by April... So that means vendor sites/outsourcing... Which honestly seems like it will have the opposite affect of what the company is looking for ... Thais is going to make for a horrible customer experience and a lot of churn...:( good luck sprint
What are they going to do with calls? Are they outsourcing call centers?
