Will CBU give the 2015 CIP bonus to employees that were let go last September?

The severance package DID state you WILL be getting a prorated bonus. It will be up until your OFFICIAL termination date. (Those let go in Sept, they were under the WARN act, and their termination date wasn't until Oct 15)

@lit - If the former employee worked through September 2015, he/she will be prorated a 9/12th share of their annual bonus (not 5/12). You count from January, not April. To qualify, you must have worked a minimum of 3 months and 1 day (April 1).

@plz Incorrect. If you were involuntarily laid off (or voluntarily through SESP) and you worked at least 3 months past April 1, 2015, you will get a pro-rated bonus. If you worked through September you should get about 5/12 of the CIP, less corporate and BU factors.

No. You have to be an active employee through January 1 of following year to get bonus.
