Pretty sure I know who the OP is based on the embarrassing comma usage.

Don't post what you don't know. It's a lump sum for a five year goal of doubling the company and Jeffs net worth. Bonuses were paid every quarter over the last five years based off of production.
Know your facts before you run your mouth. That's what's wrong with the average chevron employee
This will play out over five years, so not really a 100k bonus in a typical sense.
@1own - I thought we had a thread on this topic two days ago?
Many of these folks did leave Chevron and went to work for Hilcorp. Good for them. At Hilcorp it appears the employees are seen as the most valuable resource. Not just a catch phase.
Attention Axeman. AchTung!!!! Bring your axe. Over here on this thread. There is some dead wood that has been uncovered and it's chop-chop time!!!!
OP - you won't get anything constructive from Chevron employees on here. Certainly not the ones who delight in slithering around this board and reveling in other people losing their jobs. Its the true Chevron Way now. Remember, they are the people supposedly most admired (for Gorgon, Bigfoot, GOM, AMBU and all their other poster child fuster clucks) but you'll see the true colors of the company on here and the bigoted, petulant people who work there.
Then leave Chevron and go work for Hilcorps.
OP, learn to spell your words correctly and post something useful. This topic was posted less than 5 days ago. No need to cover old ground.
