Whose little feelings got hurt by this post and got it removed? There were no names (other than jelly man), no profanity no other reason to delete. If you don’t like what people have to say about your inability to run a department then fix it. Humble yourself, listen to your experienced staff, earn trust the right way ( not by sharing confidential
Information with subordinates and asking them to not share), etc. If you read this at all with the thought that someone might say something about you then you are too self absorbed to be in leadership anyway.

Again, still reading and commenting. Hard to defend at this point. Although, there is some truth to you getting some insight into how your coworkers feel. As for the weirdo... Try it? Take a quick walk through 5 and 15 and see for yourself.

I come on here for the quick paragraph of insights to how my peers may really be feeling. Not for a chapter of lies about a weirdo walking around campus. You are definitely a person that likes their own posts on Facebook.

Not sure about them having any power over it but simple fact is that they do read it. We were previously warned about posting on here by a current EVP. Have been asked if we know who is doing it, etc. The only reason it is relevant is that they do read it, regardless of what they say.

As for the last post. What does it say about you and your life, sitting around reading this boring AF stuff? Pretty hard up for entertainment or are you in between batches of jelly.

You can see it’s the same guy massaging his ego. It’s hilarious that he thinks CHK has any influence over this site and that he honestly believes there are people in power who monitor it and then plead with TLO to delete the posts. It’s probably because your posts are BORING AF.

Yeah i agree that this is probably coming from one person. Because there is no way that multiple people are unhappy with the leadership that is currently in place. besides that’s what people do. They make a posting and then comment on their own posting.

To the original thread poster, I agree that CHK would probably like to see every single negative post about them disappear, but unfortunately for them they have no influence over this site. More likely, the post somehow did violate the site rules.

I haven’t seen the post, so I’m just guessing, it probably had personally identifiable info, which is not allowed here, i.e .If you didn’t post someone’s name, but you posted enough info by which he/she can be easily identified, chances are your post will get nuked.

The other thing that comes to mind is that the post contained personal insults (i.e. calling someone stupid is = personal insult, not allowed; telling that someone made a stupid move = criticizing someone’s work, ok to post).

The individual below knows a thing or two because they have seen a thing or two. The unfortunate part is that everything in that posting is true. I’m just waiting for an employee walkout or a strike even though we are not a union. It’s getting to the point that the employees need to remind the ones hiding in their glass hut who actually keeps this company running.

The ugly truth of the matter is that the core values don’t meant anything. CHK leadership is not interested in the moral of their employees. They are the real definition of a corporate structure and only care about making money. They would prefer if everyone would just come to accept that and just do your job without any complaints. They will try to navigate their way through legal challenges like the State legal MJ issue, while knowingly maintain the most biased person against it to run that program. Even when offered parental leave everyone heard and seen the CEO when he conveyed that message. He obviously was not a fan and even stated at the end that if you do use this company perk that we really need you here. They started a culture program where one main lesson was to be here now and their lessons reinforced that when home be at home. However we all know that this company doesn’t care about your personal and home life. They hear and see the issues that a certain person in south Texas creates but continue to turn a blind eye because they don’t care. He is making the company money and they don’t care who he offends, steps on in the process. That individual is notorious for openly saying that he can get away with anything because of His Anadarko buddies. Again they don’t care. Time and time again things are reported to HR and the ones that make the report are the ones let go. Don’t believe me? Ask those in building 5. As long as the c-suite is making their millions everything else is irrelevant. You and I are irrelevant to them. I have seen people bend over backwards for this company, loose their family trying to be here for this company, and I watched them get walked out the door last year. This company is extremely toxic and the leadership is either equally corrupt or they all have their heads in the sand and don’t care about the people that actually generate that income that allows them to live in their million dollar homes. Unless you are about 6 inches long, green and have a 100 printed on you, you are just another face in the crowd and they will repost your job before your body turns cold.

And that is the reason CHK is falling apart...the inability to deal with the real issues. The idea that they can lay-off their way through problems instead of solve them.
