It seems that many stores are not making plan. is yours?
for those who have access to RVP scorecard access, I noticed so many stores in different regions are not making plan and there is a lot of red from herald square to union square.

We are trying, but we are selling out of everything and replenishments are few and far between. We're actually HAPPY customers are returning online orders to us as we are getting some stock in the store!

Making plan? Our store is a G100 and our Store Manager has been on leave since June and our Assistant Store Manager has been on LOA since July. We have a temp Store Manager who was a DM and never run a store, a temp Assistance Store Manager who was a college intern a year a go. We have been through four DVP's and five store managers - perm, temp, acting in the last four years.
We have a temp District VP who is also doing his old regional job, and so many store managers on leave in the district and stores being covered by temp people all over the place. Truly the saddest little holiday season for the biggest store in a very jacked up district. No one on our team is expecting any path to growth bonus.
