How about having the young overpaid young smart mouth non working hands in their pockets disrespectful punks carry the shift not asking for the day. This is the future if Lowe's they might as well stay at home and have Lowe's send them a check for all the good they are. What a waste and then wonder why moral is low when we are told they *management) cannot make them work or Lowes will get sued. Horse c-ap. Lowe's is an at will company and can replace anyone. They would rather lose the talented and seasoned employee than have the ASM get out of the office and see what is going on.
If they want higher stocks treat the WORKERS with some respect and ditch the punks they aren't working anyway.

I can cherry pick a few sh–ty 20 somethings that work at my store, but I have just as many old farts that are just as useless.

When a company treats workers this poorly and morale is this low, it takes a special kind of intelligent to go after your co-workers instead of your employer.

I quit about two weeks ago. I got tired of being short staffed the anti employee policies and finally the asinine Kronos schedule...10 hour days, rare two days in a row off etc. etc. Having said that on one of the last days I worked a young man came around the corner from the break room with as yo-yo in full use. As he walked toward the cash registers he was working his yo-yo. I continued working and later saw him standing out at the entrance to his register as he should if he didn’t have customer playing with his yo-yo. Now I am sure if a manager saw that he would put a stop to it. But I saw it as a sign of things to come. I was leaving a 6 year plus knowledgeable employee. The manager said not one word to me about it since I turned in my notice. Bottom line is they don’t care and if that get a warm body they seem to be OK with that. I really think this company is heading down a dead end street and suggest moving on from this train wreck.

This was asked of Marvin by a business writer.
Since experience, longevity and matching compensation no longer matter. This makes sense. Sharing vision and goals but not pay and benefits.

Ellison and Joe along with Ackman and Shaw are absolute scum of human beings....they have pillaged the core of Lowe’s for a short term profit and as we’ve seen with Joe above the normal 2019/20 work laws...little hands commentary.
