This is the first year that I've seen so much management involvement supporting us STAC technicians. I am so excited at the prospect and opportunities the company have for us next year.
The team is filled with gratitude towards our leaders Jenny and Amanda.
Finally we'll have the staffing and tools needed to better serve our customers.
Just wondering how the plans for "beefing up" STAC were going ? Anyone have any updates on STAC's current status ?
Even if they hired a ton of people into STAC, what good would that do? Training up people takes experience, people and time, and that knowledgebase is gone. It's not like the people who have left for greener pastures would come back to the sh–show that is Sears.
Beefed up you say? they just fired 12 people and a lead. another lead left. i'd bet that most of the people left there are quietly looking for other jobs because Amanda is determined to force everyone out. but the do still have the snitch lead that doesnt do anything. i walked by and saw that hes still there last week.
its really kind of sad to walk by there and look at whats happened to that whole department.

Ha, ha, ha. Exactly the same thing that happend before they closed our store. they came in and said how valuable our store was and how they were going to focus on improving our store and making it the best in the district. And they did come in and changed some things for the better, improved some things and even painted the store and hired more people. Then three months later they announced our store for closing. So all of the smoke and mirrors revealed the man behind the curtain who was just an illusion created by the Eddie and his minions. Believe at your own risk.
