Goes without saying but based on some of the comments I see I think it needs to be said. Xerox good days are long long gone & it’s a terrible company to work for. If you don’t agree ask yourself if you would tell your child to start their career there. Think about that for a moment & let it sink in. Declining company in a declining market - but things are so much worse since Icahn and his John Dickface & cronies took over with the plan to fleece the company & all of its employees. If you NEED to stay for your vacation and so called comparably high pay, do the bare minimum & collect your pay. But for gods sakes, if you are young and still marketable you need to leave immediately. Godspeed!

John Dickface...too funny and so true
Excellent summary below @12C5Uo06-ndw
Xerox has been a slowing sinking ship since the 90's. After many years of declining revenue, the bad things associated with revenue decline are happening at an accelerating speed.
Icahn entered into Xerox before the Fuji merger knowing he could impose former HP management to form an alliance. Misstep #1 as it opened the door to insider trading. We’ve all known for the past few years the goal was HP/Xerox. Bringing in a full team of management for former HP made this clearer. Walking away from manufacturing alliance with Fuji puts Xerox in desperation mode right now. 75% of Xerox and XBS employees from 2016 are gone now. Company is basically dead and needs a buyer. Things will get really ugly at this point. No 5 year plan. This is all about pump and dump. RUN!!!
Amen. Run don’t walk.
I feel sorry for the managers who have been there for their entire career-thinking it is normal, looking at their success as valid. Sad situation.
