I have been having meetings with multiple functions across the broader organization and overseas over the last few months.
As time has passed the recurring question I ask myself is “does anyone have passion left for this company?”
All signs point to not likely. I just accepted a job with a non profit and wish everyone the best. If they offer you a buyout... Take it!!!

Passion is what I had and everyday was a new idea how to get business better. Then after mama Indra came we knew she wanted to get rid of everything beverages stood for. Nepotism and Dixon entourage is what would call a wasted decade. Still kept on trying to make a difference but it no longer mattered as I still remember the witch chastising others on merits of outsourcing. Noone would believe me but all predictions turned out true. For past decade been prepared when the time came it would not matter.
We did our best and it made a difference but now no. It does not matter as everyone is on borrowed time. As before sh– floats to the top. Be prepared friends.
We see the pain daily and I will not give my extra time to these offshore resources.
My team had passion and that doesn’t matter. Bottom line, let’s make our figures look good. How about canceling bonus’s. I worked for Quaker Oats when we were bought. Best company ever! These people complaining are not typical, they are hard working and still got a shot in the a@@. I’ve noticed new hire sessions is like walking into a dorm room. And these kids don’t care they’ll be gone in a couple of years

My spouse was passionate about Pepsi for many years...built a great team, supported them, helped, led, educated and gave them fantastic opportunities to grow.
Spouse was just laid off. Pep$i is only in it for stockholder$$
PS spouse has had a TERRIBLE boss for years, boss did his best to discourage, bring down, he has been a dead fish, stinking up the business. Finally was able to get rid of a bright star who just by working made boss look bad

Most of you cannot imagine the passion most employees had working for Pepsi in the 70s and 80s. It was fun to be in the business, and we went out every day trying to kick the competitiors butt. Things are different 40 some years later.

About as passionate as my raise. And get ready for more cuts in February. Was told "take this other role or you will b e out in February" . So you tell me why we should have any passion.
Pepsi made the biggest cheerleaders want to chew off their own foot to escape. Now if they'd only apply this magic in reverse.............
It is just a job as I see it. I do the work and as best. Other than that we all know we are a number at the end of day. One toxic sludge here. Never seen it this bad. Those who royally screw up get promoted and protected.
Be prepared always has been my motto. If they can they will move factories even to India.
There’s nothing wrong with having passion for your work. We should all try to find work we enjoy. You can see every day that many have lost their passion for work here at PepsiCo. Some teams fail to do their work and that causes everyone downstream from being able to do their work. Then, “Leaders” try to find a way to deflect their failures either down to their teams or to other team. Unfortunately, many of our best leadership either got laid off or quit over the last decade. All we can do is keep trying our best and hope the people around us will eventually do the same. Otherwise, we must make the difficult decision to simply move on and leave PepsiCo as a part of our past. I for one want my pension so that motivates me every day. If PepsiCo wants me gone just severance me out and send me down the road talk’n to myself. I’m good either way.
These are the typical comments from the people who are today's problem at Pepsico. No passion for anything and if you disagree you are the one who needs help!! I really wish these people would find another more rewarding place to work, the negativity just k–ls the rest of us who are happy!!
If you have passion for a company you need to get help and get a life.
