From everything I hear from the Sam’s Club side, Furner is about to make everyone wish for GF to return.
If it weren’t for OGP, Walmart wouldn’t get any of my business. Hate going in the stores. They’re messy, inconvenient, and now they’re dangerous.
@2szi I agreed with until "The success Walmart had was because of the stores and GF."
GF was another leadership t–d.
ML is such a fraud. DM and the corporate board got hustled.
DM talks a great game. But let’s count the eggs he’s laid since becoming CEO.
Buying Jet for $3B
Hiring ML and giving him control of dotcom
The dotcom buying spree. Bonobos. Moose Jaw. Bare necessities. Modcloth. Hayneedle. Eloquii.
Various pet projects for a ML like store 8
Flipkart for $16B
The failed Asda sale
The success Walmart had was because of the stores and GF. But he just quit. Walmart is hosed.
Jetblack– a high end personal shopping service started by Walmart in 2018. Cost $50 a month for someone to shop for you. You text them your order and they shop and deliver it to you.
Gee, can someone please clarify this a little for the VAST MAJORITY OF US who don't know, and don't feel like researching it? Thanks!
And the winning keeps happening at the Home Office.....
Glad I got out of that dumpster file in 2017.
