Such negativity and anger in this forum. I’m here getting paid 6 figures to work from home. I am lucky and I know many of you are in the same boat or close since almost all the offices have closed.
Enjoy the peace of not being in an office full of two faced people and making a decent salary. If you are not, fix the situation. Wishing ill on others or wishing the downfall of a company doesn’t help you. Grow up.
Way too many chiefs making over 6 figures. Not enough Indians. Yet the Indians get axed or thrown onto the HCL contract train to uncertainty (that usually has an end). This will be Xerox’s downfall.
SERIOUSLY! What are you guys worried about???? HP is the one getting bought out by Xerox. As soon as this happens, we'll be shown the door. Xerox is in a much better place!!!

OP here. Low 6 figures ok which most folks I know in the company that have been around a while are making...especially in management.
I have accepted that I will be shown the door at some point. Once I made peace with that, I was ok. Plus I spent 13 years in the field before I got into Mngmnt so don’t try to make me feel bad.
Now with the HP possibility I’m anxious to see where we will go. Like I said. Be positive. Negativity gets you nowhere.
I perhaps OP has failed to notice the name of the message board he’s posting to. I would hardly expect to see all rainbows and sunshine on The Layoff.
Glad you have a super nice life— lotsa other people don't have it so good as you so why are you posting on this forum? Get a life!
Must be nice! Meanwhile everyone in the field is facing the full force of all the short comings. Every poor decision that effects the customer, quality control, supply shortage, communication frustrations due to outsourced call centers, all of it, we are forced to clean up.
Do you think it's okay to just get up and leave after I have taken so much time and effort to try and perfect my skills that are unique to xerox? I have every right and reason to be angry if the company I invested so much into is not making choices for the better of it's customers and employees.
There are only a handful of people walking away from xerox with a heavy wallet.
So which high level exec are you? It has been a while since someone has been added.
