BBB is not going to survive the recession. I highly doubt they'll offer severance to future layoffs.... Leave now while you still can and don't forget to use up your sick time before you go.

@10ztcJCn-1epl Good for you and your store, but our store is facing a Walmart selling the exact same products for back to school, at a fraction of the price. We have store and district management that don’t care about anything that deviates the slightest bit from the company standards. There is no trying new ideas, there is no trying to drum up business beyond waiting for people to come in with a flyer. New and exciting product? Languishes in the stockrooms waiting for the day it shows up on the aged clearance reports. And we’ve tried. We’ve all tried. Now we’re tying something new: updating our resumes.
Stop worry about the stock price, and start worrying about ways to drum up business in your own store. We have tried a lot of things for our little store and it’s paying off, we are comping most days, and are now up from last year. We have great managers who care, and associates who are getting trained with the new online classes. Those of you who think bbb is going to fail, go jump ship. We are better off without you. Times are changing, retail changes, and Company’s like bbb are doing the same. We are way better off then JC penny, Sears, At home, and many others. Sure we aren’t on top but we are so far from going under. Did you know the company spent over $30 million to rebrand itself to the younger customers? Why do you think we have all of this Bee and willow, Ugg, and Brookstone? Because those are brands that our target customer loves! Stop the complaining and make a difference in your store!
To $0.01. I’m enjoying the slow death of this company that has screwed so many employees and is continuing to this day!
Just die and take the worthless Mgr team with you! Lol
