I hate to say it, I think it could get ugly in the last month or two of the year.

An upcoming action will be not mass layoffs but mass resignations in the IT and some support areas. People will be told their job is moving to NC, most likely a subsidiary arrangement to avoid severence for those who choose to remain in Monroe county. Will begin in September.

It's amazing how many of you lack integrity. Do the company a favor and leave. If you have checked out and collect a check and don't put in the work you are being paid for, you have other issues. Please go to the competition.
Count on it ! Xerox has made a habit out of year end layoffs. That has been the only way to make their financial numbers given the declining revenue year over year...Customer base keeps declining at a rate of 8-10%.
I was not rebadged, but it's so depressing at my core, I wish for a layoff. LOL There's no reason to stay here anymore. I feel so gross about this company that it's ruining my outlook on life.

Depends on 3rd quarter results, will determine timeline and severity. If you are on HCL you better be looking.

For XDX/XIM, apparently by the end of the month. Seems to be an open secret at this point. Mentally checked out a while ago; just padding the bank account for the inevitable, and working on my side-hustle.
