Office staff have forgotten what it's like to work in a CVS. Larry should cut the office staff 50%. Keep hours in stores for sales and service. Close a couple Warehouses and fix the remainder .
Cvs does NOT care about getting the customers in and out quickly. They never have and never will! They WANT the customers to linger or have YOU delay them at registers, in hopes that they will spend more money. Think about it, why does cvs NEVER respond to customer complaints about long lines at checkout? Because a DL told us, that long lines at registers and lack of available store personnel on the sales floor are NON-issues, and corporate is NOT going to respond to those complaints. We were told to just smile and apologize, and that would make the customer happy.
51/49. As long as the customer is treated right it doesn’t matter if shelves are empty and backroom is full of merchandise.
It's not like we have any other tasks we need to be doing or anything....sigh
