You are exactly right about not executing. Approvals come in and they can’t launch because they can’t make it.
SR R&D is stealing a paycheck. Don’t know how to develop anything and they let the core competency in italy and mn go.
Mdt pvh lays off all these marketing people but then sends over a half dozen to charring cross conference. This place is amazing
All of PVH is bloated. Heard Geoff likes the cr-p that leaders tell him about high growth markets. But team can’t execute

Incompetent directors for sure in R&D pv. Takes care of his boys.
There are several people in PVH marketing director level who have no business being at that level. They have barely been PMs themselves but get promoted fast track into leadership and then become untouchable.
yeah especially considering they cleaned house in aortic R&D and ki-led off all pipeline projects
there is so much overlap in aortic R&D and PVH so makes no sense to destroy them while keeping PVH, especially since SH is all that's really needed for catheter based competencies
Why keep R&D? Doesn’t make sense. Move to different OUs? Looks like there will be another round soon.
You are right, I work.. sorry “worked” fur CRM in a marketing role. Mid-senior. They laid me off this week but our sub par Director kept his role. Knowing damn well we were working with a skeleton team and ppl who n team started leaving since he took over the director role. Oh well.. whatever…
