@ztg+1oZ66Msj That’s the kind of thinking this company needs, how do you feel about getting an EC spot?

If you post this every week, you’ll be right eventually.

We are getting tired of waiting for that shoe to drop. Wished they would simply rip the bandaid off and get this over with

@fyo+1oZ66Msj idk if people are “certain “ they’re getting cut so much as they’re hopeful. Speaks volumes to the current climate of the org that people would rather get let go than stay… a severance package and some time to breath after this mess seems better than sticking around for the cleanup.

Probably also reading the writing on the wall. It won’t end here because they still need to completely sc--w up the reorg and RTO too. So it’s MONTHS more of this headache…

Will it be this week? Who knows. Trying to make sense of anything they’re doing up top leads to madness. Regardless what happens, I’ll log on Monday, do the bare minimum and keep sending out job applications until it’s time to sign off

@gbl+1oZ66Msj… Wow, 24 years. Curious to know what business unit and what level. Sorry to hear that it’s gotten so bad for you. Has it always been this way or was there a time when work was good? If so, what changed?

Im here writing my resignation email because I don’t want to do this anymore and now I see these posts that it’s next week. Should I give it another week? I’m really tired of this. I hate my job. I’ve been at Schwab for 24 freaking years and it has become unbearable. I don’t want to wait another month. I’m supposed to go to the office for finger printing and didn’t want to do that either. By tonight I’m making my mind if I decide the he-l with everything and just quit. That’s going to be the best feeling ever.

I just want to know why some of you are so certain you’re getting laid off?
