Is anyone at the top noticing how mad and betrayed US employees feel? It is posted here daily, or at least until it gets pulled down. Leave it up so DW can read it!! Stop the gaslighting!

Reading some do the comments, it looks like ExxonMobil Racists came out of their rat holes. India su-ks but the lowly racists sound like trashier than trash.
@4byy not sure if you are speaking from personal experience. Nevertheless, I will take your word for it and avoid them Stanky Kurry munchers.
Lawdy. Such talk of layoffs.
After Texas, India seems a step up to some.
EM executives for example.
Could they be wrong?
@4czh+1ov6v9eh. FEEL FREE TO THINK THAT. BUT IT IS SUCH A SC-M FILLED PLACE THEY HAD TO LOSE/SPEND $48+ MILLION JUST SO THE G20 COULD BE HELD THERE. IT HAD TO BE SHUT DOWN, EVERYONR HAD TO REMAIN HOME AND IT REQUIRED HEAVY EQUIP. TO CLEAN UP THE TRASH. WHAT A SH/THOLE!!
Have you noticed that the Injuns are everywhere and they will $krew you out of a job and your woeman. Better watch out better not cry Injun Claus is cummin to town.
@BTC Royalty:
Are you envious?
Yeah we can consume whatever we want. And the whole world is copying us.
I wonder why no one here complain about KLTC
BTC needs to step it up! Can’t even do simple P&ID’s. No drafting standards. They su-k!
I think there might be a lot of illness in Idia. People are dying from leporsy by the milions
The name of the PDS game is smoke, mirrors, and fluff. They don't actually care about you focusing on the bottom line.
Management makes it clear they hate US employees as well as other HC10 folks. The whole company is a faćad. It used to have real scientists that did a lot of good research, had many areas to work and there was a high chance for a long career. Now it's just people talking a smooth talk and kissing the woke mgmt as--s and driving another PDS project to advance themselves. Push out the people actually doing quality work and continue to offshore everything and constantly remind us "we aren't an American company".
India is going to trump your @ŝš. And mine
@zqm+1ov6v9eh
That's the point! Duh!
@pcs
Mediocre? You clearly do not understand the Indian culture and the education system.
In terms of engineering interest and knowledge, the leftovers working in engineering jobs in India are well below mediocre. Poor engineering aptitude and lack of any technical depth is the best way to describe these poor souls. Yet they will succeed in EM as middle-level managerial servants as they are good at hiding their non-technical aptitude with more than the needed willingness to embrace toxic EM culture.
It is blasphemy to invoke the name “Dude” as pseudonym for DW, the Dude is the Big Lebowski and can not ever be anyone else😵
India government and their education system are deliberate pumping out mediocre engineers from their mediocre universities.
Purposely flooding the market so companies like EM take advantage of their cheap labor.
Believe me; any engineers that remains in India and had not immigrated to the US or Canada, is a mediocre engineers.
And we repeat:
ExxonMobil is NOT an American company.
That's sworn testimony in the US Congress.
You be slow, fella.
I imagine that the increase in head count overseas (positive reviews) has outweighed the negatives (US) skewing rhe results on assdoor.
For engineering, India is the future, US is the past. You demand too much salary to buy Amazon plastic garbage to fill your McMansion garages that can't fit your oversized SUVs anyways. If you don't want to be replaced, learn to code and get a job at Amazon, or just wait until you're PIPed out and go work in an Amazon warehouse to send other people their plastic garbage.
@twm+1ov6v9eh, the glassdoor comments do not align nor support the "dude's" increased ratings. This raises questions on the credibility of glassdoor also.
@ysl+1ov6v9eh, interesting! If what is say has any truth than I wonder how the claimed "dude's" rating went from 28% recommended to 50+% (double) on glass doors. Wondering how his ratings doubled and also wonder if employees are the one who have rated him positively now, and if so that would show employee trust in dude has increased?
Unfortunately the Warren Dude doesn't care, so long as he is able to continue filling in his pockets (along with his accomplices MC members) with greens. The dude is not interested in solving and fixing anything (the least for the employees). Rather his interest is in patching, hiding, and taping up issues so he can turn them over to someone else at his retirement. He seems to be short sighted and short term focused until the end of his time and doesn't have a strategy for longer term welfare of the company and employees. If you ask any higher up employee in India they would advise HC10 employee to get out of the company asap or get blindsided with a possibility of getting kicked out classic Exxon way, and you know what that blindsidedness and classic way is, as Exxon takes pride in not paying people to leave.
