Insanity but truthful lawlessness upon us. Let’s get it.

Actually have a double skip level tomorrow. Going two levels up boys.

I’m not certain of this, but I’ve done some digging on Schweb and apparently these “double skip” meetings are pretty rare.

The schwylaws clearly state: “In the case of double-skip meetings, employee shall be granted the opportunity to take the job of the initial skipped manager. This is referred to as a “schwamotion,” and, regardless of job level or length of tenure, this newly “schwamoted” employee shall be added to the line of succession and their name shall be drawn from the sorting hat at the next board meeting.”

Crazy, right? Hope I get Hufflepuff.

BM here. Heard from several BMs all over branch network that RMEs said to brace for impact. No insight around “inverted pyramid”, dates, restructuring, or names.
