Is it OK to use the anonymous tip line?

Sure I bet they got right on that, give me a break everything is so slow moving at WF. Is global leadership posting on here to make things seem better? Downvoting comments denouncing the truth being told on here.

I actually called the tip line anonymously about the lack of social distancing precautions for BOH team members. The buyers were working on top of each other while the store team leader was locking her office door for her own protection. The situation was remedied within days. I think you need to choose your battles wisely.

We had a buyer call the help line on his TL like 11 times and he chose NOT to remain anonymous. He was never retaliated against and was even promoted. The TL has remained a TL despite applying multiple times for FASTL. Whole Foods has a non retaliation policy and they like to avoid lawsuits.

If you do wish to remain anonymous you have to be careful about what you say because they can figure it out based on context.

Action is more likely if they can follow up with an investigation. You can't just call and say your TMS is incompetent because they will just ignore it as a TM venting their personal feelings. You have to give solid actionable info and of course the more people who call about the same issue the better. The executive coordinators hear the calls though.

You can call on whatever you want just dont expect anything done about it. The only way WF would do anything is if possible legal action is possible otherwise it will be ignored\retaliated against.

What if you have the MOST incompetent TMS person in the company? Can you call the number on that?

I would be hesitant depending on the situation but if you are being harassed or are in danger go for it. What is your issue keep the answer ambiguous to not t allow anyone to figure out where you are working.
