Yes and the people without skills will continue to get promoted and ruin the company.
This comes up every year, and observationallynits a lot of hot air. A friend works in their ITO org and has shown me the reposts detailing cdsid changes by week, and there's nothing particularly special about the week/3 months after aicp payout. It'll be like all those folks who threatened to. I've to Canada of Trump got elected. It's easy to talk the talk, but lost don't walk the walk
Why would you wait?
I’m ready to leave. Once I get that AICP I will quite quit and force them to show me the door.
The culture has definitely changed and the company thinks they’re some new tech startup company that will revolutionize the industry, give me a break.
I believe there will be many people who leave next week. Not from ACIP payout but from getting shown the proverbial door.
It’s far too quiet.
