Hi all, I am willing to collect input/ suggestions via this post and prepare to file law suit before or after GF action. I don’t see how we can lose anymore techs. We are running on fumes now. Hopefully the glint will lead them to cut the fat of useless management

BS!-GF CAN be sued. We won a class action suit against Intel's shady headcount reduction in 2007 after they announced a new plant in China. For a company (GF) that doesn't pay taxes, what goes around comes around. I'm ready to fight.

Contact the lawyers that did the ibm lawsuits - that is your best bet
I do not want to wait as well. It is tough time but better start looking as GF can go crazy on layoff numbers to save 200 million target.. it could be easily few hundreds in Malta even if it is distributed across GF. Heard Singapore is lean and Germany law may not allow them to layoff.
Am looking for job outside. Heard wolf speed still need people.
By the time any such lawsuit would see a courtroom, the downturn will be over, and you’ll most likely be back working at GF..
