Thread regarding State Farm Insurance layoffs

Weird! The President made a tweet about SF

I have just met with various Political Representatives of the tragedy that took place in California concerning the burning of thousands of once beautiful homes. It was brought to my attention that the Insurance Companies, in particular, State Farm, have been absolutely horrible to people that have been paying them large Premiums for years, only to find that when tragedy struck, these horrendous Companies were not there to help! I have asked the Administrator of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Lee Zeldin, to give me a list of the Companies who acted swiftly, courageously, and bravely in order to make their clients happy and, even more importantly, in order to fulfill their Legal obligations. Likewise, I have asked to see those Companies that were particularly bad. The names of some surprise me, but in the World in which we live, nothing really surprises me! State Farm, and others, should get their act together, and treat people fairly. The Government is looking into this matter as we speak! President DONALD J. TRUMP

Wildfires in CA, Hurricanes in the gulf coast and Tornadoes in the Midwest, SF treats all the same; duck and cover to avoid paying legitimate claims

The auto injury leadership team is equally corrupt. The three VPOs and gang of boot licking claim managers have ran the entire injury segment into the ground. There is pressure to lower indemnity. We no longer pay what we owe! Shame on them !

California, their regulators making it impossible for rates to adjust to the level of risk, and the yearly wildfires are causing endless high profile problems for SF (like the bad faith legal battle with Shannen Doherty as she was dying of cancer, criticism for not wanting to sell HO in California, and then there was the sh-t talking VP). Not selling new home policies in that hellscape was a good move. It costs so much more than it's worth. In fact they should cancel any of the HO policies that still remain in that state. I'm sure everyone in California will be happier when the government runs the business of HO insurance lol

State Farm is the REASON bad faith law in insurance exists! You can say it is because the president doesn't appreciate regulations and laws....but the reality is STATE FARM IS DENYING CLAIMS THAT SHOULD BE PAID!

This is what happens when no one understands insurance outside of insurance companies. Its all the fault of the insurance companies and DOI, for over complicating and doing a pi-s poor job explaining what is sold to people.

So yeah president was wrong about how we are handling CA, but also, our agents are horrible at explaining the products they sell, and often leave the agents office with the absolute wrong idea on what their insurance covers.

I legit think half of california thinks we just send them a check after they tell us they lost a home in a fire with zero research or looking into it, and when that doesnt happen, its us declining their claim. The disconnect between what the average consumer and insurance company is massive, and while some rests on the DOI over complicating things to protect cushy gov jobs, its our fault we dont better explain and set expectations.

Well they have to pay PINK to entertain all the executives and agents at the upcoming agency meeting. She isn't cheap! Policyholders have to sacrifice so they can rock!

After a recent hail and wind storm where many neighborhoods experienced significant damage our area quickly saw that while every other carrier tried to find coverage, State Farm tried to find a way to deny coverage. Their reputation is growing...and not in a positive direction. "RAISE PREMIUMS AND DENY COVERAGE" has replaced "pay what is owed".

Long overdue! They've walked with way too much money for far too long. They've hired and promoted people born from illegal aliens up to VPA! YES! They step on everyone and everything to line their greedy pockets!
