I quit on Friday!!!!! I have been on cloud 9 all weekend! I don’t even have another job lined up and I don’t care. Leaving Allstate is like being released from prison. The weight off my shoulders is real! Allstate turned into a totally sl--e ball company who truly doesn’t care for its employees. Just look at our horrible benefits! You have to be hit by a truck to even reach your deductible!!!!! You know how Allstate always talks about how they care so much about their employees and yada yada. But then they fire thousands of workers in the middle is a pandemic!!!! I cannot stand this company and am so happy to be free of the political BS run company

Now that your peers have returned to work after the 4th of July holiday I hope you are still on cloud 9 with your decision. Please make sure when you interview with Taco Bell you tell them that you are a quitter. That will really improve your standing as a viable assistant manager candidate as you get back into the workforce.
Wishing you the best of luck. Sometimes you have to do what’s best for you and your mental health.
Proud of you, happy for you. Don’t listen to the haters who lack the tenacity and courage to chase their own happiness and opt for familiar/comfortable misery instead. Hope it works out !
Another welfare LEECH, just what we needed! I hope you enjoy the NEET life eating Tendies in Mommy’s basement, jobless B-M!!
You won't be on cloud 9 for long when you realize you don't have a job. Should have found one in this recession before quitting.
Congratulations on leaving the play pen. Better things lie ahead!!!
What? Are you in third grade? Go quit on something else

Well unlike you, I don’t live my mothers basement. I saved my money so I can quit and still pay the bills. You know, what your mother pays for you!!!!
Quit? You sound like a real catch. I’m sure any company would love to have employees like you.
I felt the same way.
