@ym - Ah, yes, continue the cycle! Burn people at GF, burn people at NIST, burn more people at GF because of lack of funds. Let's all stew in misery!
This makes my heart happy that GF or any other semiconductor company could possibly get nothing. GF burned alot of good people and are still burning folks today.
