Embarrassing survey results for ELT. Hope people choosing our next CEO see results. ELT scored 61/100 and down by 8 points since April 2022. So bad. Get rid of DG and bad leaders.

I’m sure many people didn’t do the survey since there no guarantee that it was actually confidential. Previous surveys claiming to be confidential asked what department you were in. I’m sure if we had the actual numbers, the score would have been much lower. Also people posting here as “Cisco” people sound like a bunch of entitled babies.

Yep. Look at valuation for last 12 months. Virtually NO DIFFERENCE between STX and WDC. DG acting like he's Jesus when we are just surfing industry macro-trends, not providing differentiation. When people like DG take credit for things they didn't do, the same narcisissm prevents them from seeing the problems they need to fix. Good leaders are honest about their strengths and weaknesses. DG and his crew just sniff each others a**es and congratulate themselves. You have to actually understand the businesses you are managing to speak to improvement. Part of why we pay leaders is to help us be better. DG and his cronies don't know how so they can't.

have not proven they're any better at navigating down cycle any better than previous ELTs, and arguably worse because the dividend was suspended for nearly 4 yrs

Not everyone will get adjustment out of focal review, but everyone will get chance to be reviewed. The HR lady said that. So we need to be thankful that the focal review itself will cover the inflation. What a typical stupid management BS

Suprised results were so poor with the number of cronies ELT brought on, and the repeated layoffs of of anyone who spoke up. I hope the next ELT does more than reward themselves, like this group has.

Downturn: Coming to an end. 401k match returned. LTI, STI, raises and promotions are coming back.

Split: Finally happening with a stated deadline later this year
